Jeff's primary responsibility is overall business management and the marketing organization of K-Tech which includes setting up representative organizations, direct selling and interface with other business groups such as Bodycote K-Tech Ltd. |

 Todd has a B.A. from the University of Arkansas. Todd is the sales manager and is responsible for overall sales & marketing development including working with outside sales representatives as well as in-house support. |

 Janet has a B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Janet handles in-house sales, quotations, and customer service & support. She also coordinates the IT needs of the plant and other administrative requirements. |

 Ned earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He is responsible for the operations at K-Tech which include: production, manufacturing engineering, quality production control, maintenance, safety, and environmental. |

 Melinda has a B.A. degree from the College of Wooster and M.A. in Communication from the University of Akron. As planner, Melinda schedules customer orders into manufacturing, tracks performance data and all aspects of customer orders while in-house. She also handles purchasing, customer service and other administrative requirements. |

 Tanyu is the office manager and has a B.A. from Arkansas Tech University. Tanyu is not only responsible for A/R, A/P and other administrative requirements but she also oversees the shipping and handling of domestic and international shipments. |

 Kevin has been in the Bodycote Heat Treat family since 1996 and joined the Bodycote K-Tech team in 2007. He is responsible for new development and existing sales. Kevin is the regional sales person for the Gulf Coast area. He has extensive knowledge of our coatings as well as other surface treatment options from 32 years in the oil service industry. |
