University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Jeff's primary
responsibility is the marketing organization of K-Tech which includes
setting up representative organizations, direct selling and interface
with other business groups such as Bodycote K-Tech Ltd and overall
business management.

 Todd holds a
B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
Todd has had 20 years of sales and
13 years of operational management experience. Todd
is responsible for the market development of our coatings into new
industries and applications. |

Janet
Cheek - Sales & Marketing |
 Janet
has a B.A. degree in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock. She has been responsible for many administrative and
accounting functions during the first 10 years with the company.
Janet has moved into sales and is now responsible for our sales in the
Midwest along with responsibility for our business growth in
Mexico. Janet also designed our website and is responsible for
other software development.

Skoog - Manufacturing Manager |
 Ned
earned a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of
Arkansas. He is responsible for the operations at K-Tech which
include: production, manufacturing engineering, quality production
control, maintenance, safety, and environmental. |

| Melinda
Brickhouse - Production Planner |
 Melinda
has a B.A. degree from the College of Wooster and M.A. in Communication
from the University of Akron. As planner, Melinda schedules
customer orders into manufacturing, tracks performance data and all
aspects of customer orders while in-house. She builds the routers
for each order that contain important information for each order. She also handles
purchasing, customer service and other administrative requirements. |

Kling - Office Manager |
 Tanyu
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
Arkansas Tech University. As Office Manager, Tanyu oversees Accounts
Payable and Receivable, Corporate Reporting, and site wide
administrative tasking. She is also responsible for final shipping
arrangements for customer orders including international orders.. |
