Bodycote K-Tech ceramics are applied from 0.0001 to 0.003 inches thick on metal surfaces depending on the type of coating.  Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) are using the Bodycote K-Tech coatings to improve the life and value of their products.  The ability of Bodycote K-Tech ceramic coatings to increase life of high-wear components reduces downtime and maintenance costs of the customer, giving the OEM a distinct advantage.
